Refunds Policy
All license payments on this website are in advance and the commercial version of Codeless Platform and license keys are provided the next business day after full payment is received. Thus, we will not accept refund enquiries for license payments, so please consider your purchase carefully.
Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us with Codeless Platform download link and license key(s) and instructions on how to apply them. If you receive an email from us with the license key(s), the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you do not receive an email with the license key(s), you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order. If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Product and Services
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be performed to you in accordance with the terms applicable to the services that you purchased. The nature of the services you purchased and the date of your purchase may impact the timing of performance of the services. The services will be deemed to be successfully delivered to you upon performance of the services.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities or type of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the type or quantities purchased per person, per company or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Subscription
Codeless Platform License is distributed via a subscription model. Subscription is billed annually. All the subscriptions are renewed automatically unless you cancel renewal. If a subscription was not cancelled 5 days before auto-renewal, we will send a notification by email specified in billing info about the next scheduled payment. Subscription is considered renewed correctly if a customer didn’t cancel renewal during the subscription period and full payment is made before expiry date.
Optional tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
